Housing Authority Headquarters This project was awarded the Certificate of Merit by HKIA in 1996.It is still the most expensive building in Hong Kong in construction cost/sq.ft. due to its aim for excellence and perfection.  The project demanded the best technologies and the highest standard humanly possible.
