This project is to construct a Refuse Collection Point (RCP) and Community Recycling Centre (CRC) is one of the government facilities at the Anderson Road Quarry (ARQ) site.
The new permanent off-street RCP is operated by FEHD and serve the new population and cope with the future demand for waste collection services. The new CRC, is operated by an organization employed by EPD and cope with the soaring demand of recycling channels and strengthen the environmental education to the community.
