Description	This project involves the conversion of the existing carpark areas into classrooms and offices; of existing offices into library extension; of existing classrooms into laboratories; and the A&A works to improve circulation within the university campus. In general, this involves the extensive conversions and A&A works to meet the new 4-year university curriculum.
