Kwai Chung Park (Phase 1)
Kwai Chung Park is one of the 26 projects in the Five-Year Plan for Sports and Recreation Facilities in the
2017 Policy Address for implementation, which including the following facilities:
(i) a quali-walk trail;
(ii) landscaped garden with a Tai Chi area, sitting-out facilities, rain-shelters/ pavilions and
facilities displaying the history of Kwai Tsing District;
(iii) innovative children play facilities for different age groups and suitable for universal play;
(iv) fitness stations with equipment for the elderly, adults and wheelchair users;
(v) a pebble walk trail;
(vi) benches and arbours;
(vii) a jogging trail;
(viii) a pet garden;
(ix) a performance stage for small scale performance activities
(x) car parking facilities; and
(xi) a service building with a management office, changing rooms, toilets and other necessary
ancillary facilities.
