The project is to develop a new non-standard 5-bay fire station-cum-ambulance depot at the Junction of Wong Chuk Hang Road and Nam Fung Road, Hong Kong. The E&M design involves a wide range of renewable energy facilities and energy saving features.
Housing Authority Headquarters This project was awarded the Certificate of Merit by HKIA in 1996.It is still the most expensive building in Hong Kong in construction cost/sq.ft. due to its aim for excellence and perfection.
