Energy Efficient Schools
Sing Yin Secondary School, Jordan Valley, Kowloon
We were commissioned by the Hong Kong government to design its most energy efficient demonstration project. This project incorporated the latest range of environmental features and energy conservation systems; and serves as a model for future government buildings.The building targets for the “Platinum” grade of BEAM assessment. Many of the energy efficient features are “first” in Hong Kong, and innovative designs are required.
